From Vision to Venue
We recently transformed a large space into a premium executive boardroom designed specifically for a high-level business session. This client brought in a large group of individuals to conduct business meetings with not many options in Queenstown that have the capacity for such. The goal was simple: create an environment where every participant could contribute clearly, stay engaged, and follow the presentation with ease.
Cargo Brew Hall provided the perfect space for this project. Table microphones were installed throughout the boardroom to ensure the entire group could be heard during discussions, allowing every attendee to actively participate in the meeting regardless of where they were seated. For improved presentation visibility, floor-mounted monitors were strategically positioned around the room so members could view content comfortably without needing to strain or turn away from the discussion. On stage, a large LED screen provided a dynamic visual backdrop for speakers, ensuring key messages and presentation content remained clear and impactful throughout the session.
By combining professional audio, intelligent screen placement, and high-impact visual presentation technology, we delivered a polished executive boardroom experience that supported collaboration, engagement, and confident decision-making at every level.
